Liz KnottLiz Knott

Liz has worked in the legal profession for many years. As well as being a Licensed Conveyancer she is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has a wide range of experience in all kinds of conveyancing work. Liz is one of the Directors of the Company.

Linda HopkinsLinda Hopkins

Linda has spent most of her working life in the legal profession. In the late 1990s she began studying part-time to become a Legal Executive whilst working and bringing up her family. She finally qualified in 2007 and is now a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She initially joined the team at John M Lewis & Co in 2001 and has many years’ experience dealing with all kinds of residential property work.

Linda specialises in auction sales and purchases and can often be seen at the local property auctions where she is happy to offer advice to clients.

Sue started her career in London in 1988 and is a Licensed Conveyancer. She recently moved to Derbyshire and joined the Firm in January 2016.  Sue  has a particular interest in leasehold properties but is very experienced in all areas of residential conveyancing. Sue prides herself on her friendly, straightforward and honest approach and aims to provide a service fully tailored to each individual client.

She is currently receiving on the job training whilst completing a CLC course in property law to become a licensed conveyancer in the firm.
